Three Unique, Dog Friendly Cottages, just steps apart with private decks and views of our beautiful 10 acre Pond. Perfect for a friends or family gathering. The comfortable and stylish Pond Cottage is equipped with a full kitchen with all the gadgets-a chef’s dream! Enjoy meals on the deck or in the dining room that comfortably seats 8. There is a lovely master bedroom with a wall of windows overlooking the Pond and a master bath with jetted tub and separate shower. Convenient half bath off the living room, full laundry room and a queen sized sofa bed and wood burning stove make for a supremely comfortable retreat after a day of walking the trails, or skiing at Breton Woods or Canon Mt. just 20 minutes away.
Your cosy Cottage includes it's own guest house so you can vacation with friends and family and have perfect privacy for all. Comfortably furnished with beds for the private the St George Guest House has a queen bed in the sleeping loft and a full sized sofa bed in the living room. Full bath with separate room for tub/shower and a kitchenette with all the coffee making toys, a microwave, 2 under the counter refrigerators and an induction top cook surface. There is an easy to use gas fires "wood" stove as well so you can be cosy while you gaze out over your private pond view and deck.
Super-fast internet is included. Each Cottage has it's own router and system. There are 2 comfortable work spaces in the main cottage so you may remain productive while you relax. Enjoy cosy fires in the wood stove and our 68 acres of pond, meadow, orchard and forest trails-fun to hike winter or summer.
In summer we add in a third cottage-The Sun House, available from April 15th to October 15th. This all wood eco cottage is near the sandy beach and is our "eco" cottage. It boasts local pine interior walls, cork floors and an incinerating toilet (from Norway-very fancy and efficient!)
In summer we have kayaks and paddle boards, a peddle boat and lots of trout in the pond! The pond is spring fed and constantly renews itself, so swimming is a wonderful experience. The native sand beach is perfect for a game of volleyball and the two pavilions lit by solar lamps at night, are great for a picnic. There is a gas grill and pizza oven at the sandy beach as well as lounge furniture and a fire ring-s'mores kit and wood provided!
